Sliding Scale

Sliding scale fee structure is available for those with lower income. Fees can be discussed during consultation with therapist if sliding scale needed.

Insurance

We do not accept Insurance but we can provide you with a billing statement, called a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please remember it is your responsibility to contact your Insurance Company directly to understand what your insurance plan will and will not cover.

Form of Payments

Currently, we only accept payment in the form of Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
